10- 20 or more (depending on the event) friends and neighbors, business associates, members of a church or synagogue, bowling league, alumni group, condo residents, teachers, firefighters, police officers or EMS workers, doctors and nurses, sports fans, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, sales teams, Red Hat Ladies, classmates, soul mates, joggers, vegans, "Trekkies", or just 15 - 20 or more people who get together and want to see really good entertainment at the UCF Arena. |

What Group Savings can we expect? |

By bringing together a group of your co-workers, family or friends your group will receive special discounts and the best available seating to most of our family and sports entertainment, including Harlem Globetrotters, Monster Trucks, Lipizzaner Stallions and many, many more. |

There may be an exclusive Group clinic or meet & greet with a character from the show.

Will Groups Receive Advanced Notice of Shows at the UCF Arena? |

Your group will receive information on shows in advance of the public. This gives your group an opportunity to purchase seats before they go on sale to the public.

Our Group Sales staff has vast experience working with groups like yours and they'll personally see to it that your visit to the UCF Arena is the best that it can be. |

How do we pay for our Group Ticket Order? |
| A. |
Simply call (407.823.6062), email (smacko@mail.ucf.edu) or fax (407-823-0248) in your order to the Group Sales Department. All major credit cards are accepted. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the UCF Arena for events and must be received no later than 2 weeks before show date to be accepted. Any cash or in-person payments must be scheduled in advance. |

What if I should require handicapped accessible seating or parking? |
| A. |
Call to the Group Sales department and make arrangements ahead of time if you require wheelchair or handicapped accessible seating. In addition, our staff will make sure that your guests needing a little bit more time or special assistance enter the building and get to their seats without any hassle. Handicapped parking is located in the F5 lot, directly behind the UCF Arena. |

When should we arrive for the Show/Event?

Doors open one hour prior to the event, so you can arrive anytime after that. If there is an exclusive group only pre-show event, you will be notified of the appropriate time to arrive. |

Q: What is the UCF Arena's policy on refunds, exchanges, or lost tickets? |
| A. |
We are sorry, but tickets cannot be refunded, canceled or exchanged. If the event cancels or postpones, a full refund is awarded. |

Q: What age does a child need to be to be admitted free? |
| A. |
Usually children under 24 months old are admitted free and can sit on an adult's lap. At Sesame Street Live and Dora the Explorer, children under 12 months old are admitted free, and can sit on an adult's lap. |
