| Personal One on One Service |
|
| Avoid standing in long ticket lines by ordering your tickets from the Groups Events Department in advance. We will process your order by phone, mail, email, fax, or by appointment. Whatever is the most convenient for you! |

| No Per-Ticket Service Charges |
|
| When ordering tickets through the Group Events Department, there are no service charges per ticket. There is a $5 processing fee per order, but no additional hidden charges no matter how many tickets you purchase per group order. |

| Advance Notice & Registration |
|
| Group customers will be alerted of future events at the UCF Arena, at times offering the opportunity to place ticket orders before tickets go on sale to the general public. |

| The Opportunity to Add-On Tickets |
|
| Order tickets as a group allows you to add on tickets, at the group rate, even after you have placed your initial order. We can take add on orders up until the day before the event. *We cannot process the day of the event. |

It's that simple! The Group Events Department would be more than happy to supply you with event information sheets and order forms for you to distribute to interested group members, whether you are emailing the information or need flyers to hand out.
