What is Light Up UCF?
METRO PCS PRESENTS Light Up UCF - Orlando's most affordable holiday tradition offering the area's biggest free holiday light show, free outdoor Holiday Film Festival and Orlando's largest outdoor skating rink. For 2009, Light Up UCF is Bigger and Brighter offering all-new rides and attractions including Santa’s Village, the Arctic Glide Ice Slide, Kris Kringle’s Carousel and McDonald’s Ferris Wheel. Come early and skate late. Parking is Free and skating tickets are just $12 and can be purchased at the UCF Arena Box Office or in advance at www.lightupucf.com

Where is Light Up UCF?
- Light UP UCF is located directly outside of UCF Arena.
- Patrons coming from HWY 50 and Toll Road 408 should enter campus from Central Florida Blvd (Right turn from Alafaya Trail SR 434) and take a right turn on Gemini Blvd.
- Patrons traveling from Toll Road 417 should travel east bound on University Blvd and take a right on Gemini Blvd upon entering campus.
- Patrons coming from Oviedo and traveling south bound on Alafaya Trail should take a left onto McCulloch Road and an eventual right onto North Orion Blvd.
- Parking is located in Event Garage F.
- Parking is free except during concerts and sporting events.

Are there any group packages available?

Santa will be appearing nightly inside Santa’s Workshop starting November 27 through Christmas
Holiday Light Show
The Light Show will begin at 7pm and then repeat at 9pm and 11pm.
Holiday Film Festival

Plaza Ice Rink
Ice skating is available daily during the hours of operation. The ice rink uses real ice, nothing synthetic.
Are the new rides and attractions an extra fee?
Yes, the Artic Glide Ice Slide, Santa’s Workshop, Kris Kringle’s Caurosel and McDonald’s Winter Holiday Wheel can be purchased individually or as part of a “Ride and Skate Package” for a discount.
